My approach
Therapy begins with what brings you here today. Together, we can explore current difficulties, personal history, emotions and recurring relationship patterns. I do not remain silent throughout sessions: I ask questions, offer observations and think things through with you when it may be helpful.
Counselling
Anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, family or professional difficulties.
Conflict, distance, separation, communication and changes in family life.
A child-centred space using play, with parents involved according to the child’s needs.
A confidential place to speak, understand difficult feelings and navigate change.
A particular focus on fatherhood, masculinity and what can be difficult to put into words.
